Job Description
- Ensure that all operational process in a correct, cost effective and timely manner
- Ensure smooth operation of various processes that contribute to the goods service of an organization
- Coordinate and supervise teams that manage automotive repair and maintenance , facilitate interdepartmental communication and allocate tasks and resources as needed
- Report directly to Director
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Have technical knowledge in motor vehicle and trucks
- Know how to handle traffic accident dispute
- Have good relationship with workshops, insurance companies, and dealers
- Background in the same position in rental companies is an advantage
