Team Leader IT Network Service  

• Monitor the availability of business process mechanisms if the main communication network is down.
• Monitor the implementation of hardware devices & communication networks in order to provide various conveniences and benefits for the Bank and customers.
• Ensure the availability of up to date communication network and hardware/server designs that are efficient but dynamic to anticipate future developments, as follows:

a. Design and determine network and hardware topology

b. Perform capacity planning network and hardware

c. Selection of communication network media with high benefits

d. Alternative paths or alternative providers

e. Physical and logic security: secure network device placement locations and network system parameters

f. Audit trail

• Perform network configuration settings in the setup properly in the form of functions and services that are not used so that they are deactivated.
• Using communication network devices such as firewalls, IDS & and or IPS
• Perform capacity plan and availability of IT devices both hardware and communication networks
• Implement the availability of IT infrastructure performance monitoring tools
• Securing system access to the implementation of IT infrastructure to third parties
• Ensure the implementation of supporting infrastructure in physical and environmental security of information management facilities in the DC/DRC and Branch environment.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in network engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-scale network infrastructures, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices, including access controls, encryption, intrusion detection/prevention, and security incident response.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools, such as SNMP, NetFlow, Wireshark, and Cisco Prime.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, CISSP) are highly desirable.
