Job Description
- The maintenance of existing partner drug stores/chains in the Metro Manila area, as well as the surrounding provinces (Laguna, Cavite, Pampanga, Rizal, etc.). “Maintenance” referring to consistent visits of said branches with the purpose of:
- Setting-up and monitoring of marketing collaterals and other advertisements from the head office.
- Gathering feedback from the Pharmaceutical Assistants (PAs) concerning:
- Product movement
- Competitors promos and offers
- Customer feedback
- Delivery of promo/programs mechanics in the form of memos and simple orientation of said promos/programs from the head office.
- The facilitating of activities at drug store sites on weekends and weekdays which includes, but is not limited to, free doctor’s consultation, store openings, store anniversaries, health fairs, etc. Overtime pay will be included where applicable.
- Coordination of the tasks listed above with both the direct supervisor and management of Pyrce Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
- Any other miscellaneous tasks deemed necessary by management.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate of any course relating to business or marketing.
- One (1) to three (3) years experience in sales or account management, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry.
- Good communication skills
- Creative in Marketing
- Willing to be assigned to different areas (Laguna, Cavite, Pampanga, Rizal, etc.)
