Job Description
- Provide administrative support
- Compile and update employee and agent records (hard and soft copies)
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Coordinate and manage events
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Performing other relevant duties when needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Holder (Any course)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the branch office
- Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email
- Has an effective time-management
- Preferably living in Makati or nearby the area
- Willing to be assigned in Ayala Makati
- Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays
