Job Description
- Regularly performs recruitment duties such as posting job advertisements, screening, scheduling interviews.
- Properly handle applicants inquiries through responsiveness and follow-up
- Coordinate and assist the qualified applicants in their scheduled interview
- Prepare, update and maintain the recruitment tracker.
- Perform other recruitment / sourcing duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Residing within NCR
- Student must be at least 3rd year college taking up Bachelor's Degree in Business
Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource, Behavioral Science,
Psychology, Marketing Management or equivalent. - Enrolled in the internship curriculum of the University/College
- Must be able to render at least 300 internship hours
- Has good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Possess skills in designing & creating a poster using Canva or other app (for job posting)
- Must have own WiFi and laptop
- Able to efficiently work at home (remotely)
