Job Description
- The main role of a financial consultant involves consultation with clients about their financial needs and wants, and offers sound customer-centric solutions.
- Explains about the value of savings, investments, and protection.
- Helps spread financial literacy among Filipinos.
- Guides the clients in setting the accounts, and providing assistance as necessary until the achievement of their financial goals.
- Works closely with a team of consultants under Alexandrite 2 District, the number 1 district in the whole of PRU Life UK today.
- Works closely with the Unit Manager about personal and team goals, and attend weekly meetings and trainings.
- Helps build a team of good quality Financial Consultants that s/he could later on manage.
- Represents the company in all business undertakings Strong analytical and planning skills;
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate of any 4-year course
- Flexible, and could work under pressure
- Sales and Marketing background are an advantage but not necessary
- Possesses a good moral character, and with a good network
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
