Job Description
- Manages the operation and maintenance of the organization's motor vehicles.
- Advises vehicle users and assignees on matters relating to maintenance and repairs of their assigned vehicles
- Monitors schedule of preventive maintenance, upcoming LTO Registration and insurance renewals of vehicles.
- Verify actual locations of original OR & CR for safekeeping
- Manages fleet department budgets.
- Develops and maintains outside vendor and service provider relationships.
- Audit for any questionable items (repairs, parts replacement, etc.)
- Contact concerned employees for verifications/clarifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Engineering (Mechanical or Automotive) or equivalent
- At least 1 to 2 years related work experience
- Technical knowledge on vehicles and background in automotive is an advantage
- Must possess a Professional Driver’s License
- With good communication skills
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
