Job Description

Hi! We are Pro Realty Team a Brooklyn based Property Management company looking for a FULL-Time assistant to work from Bonifacio Global City. Brooklyn property management is a challenging but fun job with always something new to learn.

Work Hours: 9am-5pm EST which is 9pm to 5am here. Also may work from 8pm to 4pm with potential flex time on Fridays. We want you to have a life, too!

You will be responsible for handling all calls, returning calls with information, handling emails and inquiries, assigning work orders to vendors. The job mostly entails customer service calls and information calls to landlords. Setting up sales appointments with salespeople.

Typical tasks include:
-email management
-calling vendors and tenants
-calling landlords
-handling files
-accounts receivable
-data entry

Nothing too difficult to learn. Must be fluent in English and have good writing skills. Brooklyn tenants typically expect emails, text messages, phone is OK but mostly to iron out details that would take too long to understand via email/texting.

Our Brooklyn property management software used is appfolio, and we also use freshdesk.com More info can be found at www.appfolio.com and www.freshdesk.com for that software.

Salary is negotiable, but expected to be in the P22000 to P30000 range.

We are also in search of a sales rep that will be focusing on calling landlords, responding to leads, and following up with inquiries using our CRM system.

Job location is in BGC, the Fort, Taguig, Philippines
