Job Description
- Responsible for telephone follow-ups on payments of delinquent loan borrowers of our client-banks here and abroad. (Under our Middle East bank accounts, we handle OFW accounts that have left their former jobs/employment in the Middle East leaving unsettled their credit card or personal loans there.
- Management of the assigned portfolio by categorizing and/or profiling it.
- Answers queries and/or provides account documents whenever necessary to our client-banks’ borrowers.
- All other jobs that may be assigned by the immediate superior in relation and/or is necessary to the management of its assigned portfolio.
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least 2 year of experience for Undergraduate
- Computer Literate
- With good communication skills
- With Pre-employment requirements available on hand
