Job Description
- Overall in charge in making sure that our offices are compliant with ISO 27001 and 9001 standards
- Handles all Client and Third Party Audits pertaining to the Admin and Facility side of the business
- Oversees team that handles Annual Government Permit Renewals for all our offices as well as Clients' permit renewals
- Makes sure that the office is highly compliant with BFP standards.
- Main POC for BFP and Client Site Visits
- Constantly coordinates with the Building Management Team to ensure that the monthly and annual tests are done
- Oversees the team who is in charge of the daily document transmittal to and from BPOI offices and Client Sites
- Initiated and completed review of all contracts related to Facility Management and Supplies for our offices to make sure all contracts in place and up to date
- Handles all mobile phone and wireless broadband applications and concerns (if any) to make sure employees are well equipped to handle work even if away from the office
- Does Project Management tasks on Facility Improvements for the office as approved by the Admin Head
- Part of a team in the forefront of local Crisis Management
- Works on the implementation and development of Facilities Management policies
- Oversees the work of the Executive Assistant of the President and CEO
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4- year course
- Must have at least 4 years of experience in admin and facilities management
- With at least 2 years of people management experience
