Job Description

Position / Summary

The Marketing & Communications role will combine elements of advertising, marketing, events organisation, and internal communications. It will provide service to the Corporate Services Cluster.

This individual will develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns that will promote the Centre and its services. The role will focus on brand awareness, especially in the digital space, and driving traffic and acquiring leads for recruiting. It is also the responsibility of the Marketing & Communications team to create content write-up and work together with the Multimedia Design team for overall layout of communication materials.

Additionally, the Marketing & Communications will be responsible for creating written and multimedia content such as articles, photos and videos of company-wide activities and events. The role will also assist in designing client presentations.

This person will also work closely with the Core Leadership Team and corporate services teams to ensure all change and communication plans are aligned to the overall strategy, initiatives are connected to other Network initiatives as needed and engagement activities are relevant to their stakeholders, taking into account local culture and ways of working as needed.

Ideally this individual will be experienced in delivering change projects, a skilled communicator and able to articulate how and the benefits to different stakeholders. This role should also be able to grasp and convey employee, leadership and business perspectives, and understand and explain visions, goals and new ways of working in an inspiring and informative manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social media marketing
  • Contribute in developing, implementing and tracking AC Manila social media content strategies and programs
  • Define, manage & drive strategies to grow market reach on social media platforms and other emerging channels with a tailored approach for medium
  • Conduct relevant analyses and user research on social platforms, strategy and roadmap.
  • Monitor and report on all social channel KPIs.
  • Marketing and Communications
  • Develop and create marketing content, materials and collaterals and ensure PwC branding guidelines are met
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
  • Contribute and assist in managing center-wide change and communication initiatives.
  • Drive effective integrated communications
  • Drive alignment of acceleration-center wide strategic marketing and communications initiatives within the Line of Service
  • Collaborate with other PwC change and communications leads in rolling out
  • (Associate/ Senior Analyst)

Minimum Qualifications

Qualification Requirements:

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s/College degree in Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent

Essential Requirements

  • Work Experience: Associate (0-2 years), Analyst (2-3 years), Senior Analyst (4-5 years)
  • Must possess a strong working knowledge of the following applications consistent with Firm’s standards:
  • MS Office applications, particularly Powerpoint and Word
  • Google Suite applications, particularly Slide and Docs

Specific Technical Skills

  • Copywriting
  • Photo editing and graphic illustration
  • Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Premiere
  • End to end events organization
  • Background in creating speech and video scripts
  • Advanced knowledge on social media platform, i.e. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter
