Job Description
- Manages and consolidates online live chat.
- Manages and filters daily both foreign and local online inquiries.
- Persuades and attracts visitors to give reviews to increase online visibility.
- Collates and encodes product inquiries and direct them to Sales Department.
- Filters and deletes scam mails.
- Replies to online inquiries and gives live updates on company brochures.
- Manages daily activities on online ads to Sulit/OLX, Hot Frog, All Biz, BuyandSellPh, Business Use accounts.
- Manages Facebook page of Powersteel Manila, Cebu and Angeles.
- Handles the company’s Photobucket, Instagram account.
- Provides company and product updates on the different sites.
- Handles Alibaba account.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate of IT-related courses
- Good written communication
- Knowledgeable with Adobe Photoshop
- Fresh graduate or with 6 months related work experience
