Job Description
- Implement Agile Scrum and work with the team towards self-managing team & continuous improvements
- Foster an environment where developers can be happy and productive and where the code quality is also good
- Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving
- Facilitate daily / weekly / biweekly discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution using daily scrum or other methodology for agile framework in order to monitor project progress
- Facilitate team and cross-team’s coordination within the organization on how use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight users
- Removing impediments/blockers or guiding the team to remove impediments/blockers
- Develop & maintainrelevant metrics which will be used to monitor project progress and completion
- Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining and managing the Product backlog
- Work with Product Owner/Product Manager to ensure the project has clear description and requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Strong Problem Solving skill
- Excellent communication (and negotiating) skill
- Min. 1 years’ relevant experience as a Scrum Master is preferred
