Job Description
The position is primarily responsible for ensuring that OPEX and CAPEX budget for each unit is complete. The position is also responsible for generating and analyzing operating variance report in monitoring the unit’s performance in terms of expenses.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with Accounting Department regarding new policies and guidelines that may affect treatment of a particular account.
- Assists the Financial Planning and Analysis Department Head in creating guidelines for the preparation of budget.
- Reviews and consolidates operating and capital expenditure budget submitted by the business and support units.
- Prepares and analyzes operating expense variance reports.
- Coordinates with Accounting Department the details of expenses with material variances.
- Prepares schedule of actual operating expenses per branch, area, and region needed for the profitability report.
- Checks, verifies, and validates all requisitions that conform to the approved budget.
- Assists the Superior in the preparation and submission of reports needed by management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or any Business- related course.
- With at least three (3) years of work related experience
- With advance analytical and decision making skills
- Knowledgeable in Financial Planning and Budget Administration
- Willing to work in Makati
