Job Description
- Develop and implement overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures aligned with the overall business strategy
- Implement company initiated and government mandated benefits
- Maintain awareness of the current trends and presents proposal to management on compensation and benefit trends, issues and concerns
- Partner with the Team Leaders in resolution of problems and handling of disciplinary cases in their respective departments and ensure that actions taken should be in compliance with the labor laws
- Attend the scheduled meetings of the Labor Management Council; act as liaison between labor and management
- Implement various employee relations programs ensuring that the determined budget is efficiently utilized, the required procedures are followed, and identified objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain good relation with Government and non-government organizations within the site for better and fast functioning of organization
- Integrate organizational requirement for quality management / ISO, health and safety, legal requirement and ISMS
- Work with OD Manager to identify site’s organizational and employee concerns and conceptualizes strategies or various organizational development programs to ensure employee motivation and engagement
- Ensure effective implementation of organizational development programs
- Collaborate with other functional/ departmental head to understand all aspects and needs of HR development, and ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements
- Monitor, measure and report HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales
- Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Behavioral Studies, or any related course

- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Process oriented, resilient and results-driven
- Problem solving, analytical, reasoning
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in managerial capacity
- 3 - 5 years HR generalist experience
- Knowledge of local labor, employment regulations, and HR best practices
- Good knowledge and understanding of employment related Acts (e.g. Labor Law, Industrial
- Relations Act, Trade Union Act, etc.) and other relevant regulations
