You will be working in a young tech startup (think of Instagram or Facebook in their early days!) that is focused on revolutionizing the health and medical industry. As a Business Analyst a.k.a. the needs expert, you are expected to help the company elicit, evaluate, and analyze the business requirements of our clients and clearly translate them into functional requirements that the development team can make perfect use of. You will be collaborating with different kinds of people (e.g. software engineers, graphic artists, business owners, administrators, and end-users, to name a few) in order to get the job done.
You need to be flexible, enthusiastic, insightful, and driven to get things done. You will be working with like-minded individuals: dreamers and achievers with beautiful hearts!

Minimum Qualifications
- No work experience needed, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Looking for a meaningful project to work on
- College graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Industrial/Management Engineering, Entrepreneurship, or related fields
- Has experience in organizational management; active involvement in student organizations and/or other extracurricular activities
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Understands systems engineering concepts
- Computer literate and can work with Microsoft Office or Google Suite applications
- Can work anywhere (does not need a fancy office)
- Understands and/or ready to adapt to ‘startup culture’ and its potential
