General Manager  

Your main responsibility shall be to oversee the organization’s business operations of a Restaurant & Hotel business, overlooking the performance of each department. You shall ensure the efficiency of the business to drive extensive and sustainable growth to the Company through strategic planning, policy making and implementation. You will be working closely with key members of the organization to achieve said goals and objectives.

· Overseeing day-to-day operations and the work of the heads (HR & Admin, Finance, Marketing, Operaions) and keeping the CEO updated of significant events;

· Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures

· Set comprehensive goals and measures for performance and growth

· Analyzes Profit and Loss Reports on a monthly and yearly basis to maximize net income

· Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance

· Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication

• Fully-vaccinated.
• Must be willing to report in the head office in Makati
• Must have relevant experience to Operations – specifically in F&B or Hotel operations for at least 3 years
• Has good Oral and written skills (English and Filipino)
• Can use different types of software applications
• Trustworthy, hardworking and committed.
• Punctual at all times.
