Job Description
- Build a project pipeline in NCR region according to the goals set by the management Conduct feasibility studies on potential project developments of PHINMA Properties in NCR
- Implement/monitor project schedules & budget, sales/booking targets and office budget
- Represent PHINMA Properties in all external affairs such as but not limited to meetings with land owners & JV partners, government agencies, subcontractors, etc.
- Administer and manage the different departments (both corporate and operations) of PHINMA Properties in Visayas
- Effectively coordinate with different departments in Manila office to ensure the success of the project
- Submit required periodical reports and attend meetings in Manila office (as may be required)
- Produce the presentation materials in relation to NCR operation required during Planning session
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any business course or Civil Engineering
- 8 years minimum experience for the project development person – end to end from project start-up to completion
- Must have a background in sales and marketing
- Must have a working knowledge of design, engineering, and construction.
- Familiar with the permitting process.
- Familiar with buyers’ loan processing and takeouts
- Must be able to coordinate / manage several departments.
