Job Description
- Qualify potential buyers through the Letter of Intent or reservation submitted
- Assist in Site tripping
- Collect and complete all necessary documents to from the buyers
- Coordinate with Documenation group regarding processing of collected documents
- Ensure all accounts are active and attend to all accounts with concern
- Attend to all after-sales and reservation concerns
- Assist in turn over and move-in of clients
- Submit Sales report regularly
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any Business related course
- At least 6 months of actual field experience in Sales, Marketing, or Advertising related job
- With good presentation and persuasion skills
- Willing to be assigned in Bacoor, Cavite
