Job Description
- Craft effective marketing strategies for Socialized Housing (SoHo) for it to achieve its sales targets.
- Create marketing programs / events / initiatives for each SoHo's project to enhance its marketability and promote brisk sales.
- Secure resources and plans for a successful implementation of a marketing program.
- Monitor progress, and institute adjustments for the success of his marketing team's initiatives.
- Develop the CDCC Brand, make it top-of-mind of customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders in the housing industry.
- Increase brand awareness (Brand Equity Index).
- Create and maintain a program to enhance customer service satisfaction.
- Create and maintain a system to log and store customer complaints and resolution.
- Organize an effective marketing team - recruit the right marketing talents, train personnel into desired skill levels, hire-and-fire.
- Do annual budget for marketing.
- Ensure the safety of his teams' and that of stakeholders in all marketing endeavors and activities.
- Promote coordination between his team and other teams in SoHo and PPHC.
- Participate and contribute insights in Sales planning as well as SoHo business planning.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of at least a BS course in Marketing.
- At least 10 years of actual experience in managing a housing industry marketing team.
- Willing to travel to sites nationwide and spend weekends onsite whenever necesarry.
