Marketing Assistant  

The Marketing Associate is responsible for providing assistance in the implementation of local site promotions, site activation, and coordination with vendors/suppliers. He/She will be tasked with support duties such as creation of local marketing programs, merchandise item monitoring and inventory and collateral distribution, and administrative functions as well such as safekeeping of records and other pertinent documents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operator Marketing Services

• Coordinate with eGames operators all network and area-specific promotions and other marketing campaigns
  1. Collateral requirements
  2. Merchandise and prize allocation
  3. Ensure that all marketing collaterals are displayed/used properly across all sites
  4. Replacement of damaged marketing collaterals and merchandise
  5. Coordinate with logistics provider timely distribution and shipment of marketing collaterals and/or merchandise to Operators
  6. Creation and implementation of local/site-level promotional activities
  7. Visit sites to ensure that promotional programs are in place and are being implemented properly
  8. Submission of post-promo/event evaluation

Administrative

• Proper recording and filing of the following documents:
  1. PRFs
  2. Approved marketing proposals and budget requests
  3. Approved collateral designs

Supplier Coordination

• Coordinate with Purchasing and/or suppliers promo and merchandise requirements
  1. Filling out and issuance of Purchase Requisition Form to Purchasing
  2. Coordinate with Purchasing/Supplier item specifications - dimensions, color, design, style - and approval of prototypes prior to production
  3. Monitor production and delivery timelines

Merchandise Inventory

• Proper storage and safekeeping of all merchandise items in coordination with Admin and Facilities deparment
• Inventory of all items delivered, issued and remaining items on hand

• Graduate of Communications, Marketing, Advertising or any related business course;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• At least with one (1) year work experience preferably in Casino Marketing
