Job Description
- Work with the Program Advisor and Project Coordinators to ensure findings from the on-going monitoring, specific reviews and other sources of information
- Ensure the program beneficiaries and communities are at a minimum consulted as part of program design, implementation, monitoring and review of programs
- Identify opportunities and approaches whereby communities can monitor program progress themselves and assess the quality of interventions
- Support the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation plans for each program component, including refining and developing indicators for measuring outputs and outcomes
- Collaborate with staff in developing tools and guidelines for the collection, collation, and reporting
- Lead on specific initiatives to review programs ensuring a balance of quantitative and qualitative information
- Provide support with the design and implementation of internal/external surveys, end-line evaluation, lessons learned and other exercises
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degreein Public/Business Administration, Statics, Communications or related courses
- Knowledge of Disaster Management in the Philippine context
- Minimum 2-3 years’ work experience in monitoring and evaluation
- Experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member or volunteer preferred
