Job Description
To deliver administrative, clerical and financial management assistance to the "Partners for Resilience Project" in Surigao del Norte delivered by the Philippine Red Cross in partnership with the Netherlands Red Cross (NLRC)
- Assist the program team with the purchase process, recording, summarizing and classifying financial transactions
- Organize and deliver administrative and clerical support
- Ensure proper and timely submission of required project financial reporting requirement
- Facilitate and coordinate program expense reimbursement and advances
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
- Guide the project staff on the financial technical requirements of the project implementation
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 1-year work experience in administrative and finance support
- Experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member or volunteer preferred
