Job Description
The National Project Assistant will assist in the coordination and implementation of "Youth Ignite: Agents of Change Project" delivered by the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) through the Red Cross Youth (RCY) in partnership with the Netherlands Red Cross (NLRC). Other responsibilities are as follows:
- Assist in coordinating and facilitating necessary requirements in the implementation of the project activities at the NHQ and chapters.
- Process the relevant administrative and financial document for procurement, project activities, travels, etc.
- Facilitate the timely allocation and delivery of resources needed for the project implementation.
- Check vouchers and financial expenses and keep record of the transactions and documents based on the PRC protocol.
- Ensure and maintain proper and systematic filing system of the project documentation and reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year degree course.
- At least 1 year of experience in Program/Project Development and Management.
- Experience working with local or international non-government organizations is an advantage.
- Experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member or volunteer is preferred.
