Job Description
- Program planning and implementatiop Volunteer Service activities
- Organize, prepare and conduct training information about Red Cross movement
- Monitor and evaluate programs implemented within the chapter to ensure successful delivery of the services in target communities
- Consult with the Chapter Management and coordinate with the Chapter staff and volunteers to ensure an organized and collaborated delivery programs along with the other services
- Consult with the offices at National Headquarters to keep abreast of developments and to keep chapter service activities in line with their plans and activities with prior approval of Chapter Administrator
- Prepare monthly and annual comprehensive accomplishment report for submission to the Chapter Administrator and at National Headquarters
- Seek for the improvements of services deliveries through sound recommendations, suggestions, proposals and innovations
- Assist in fostering healthy relationships with the Chapter and other organizations.
- Assess needs and problems of the communities
- Make plan of action to be submitted to immediate superviso
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Community Development, Psychology or related courses
- Minimum of 1 year experience in training or facilitation
- Experience with PRC as a staff member or volunteer preferred (or similar humanitarian organization)
- Understanding of Volunteer Management programs and goals preferred
- Project management or coordination experience and advantage
- Experience of working across different sectors and developing links with other agencies.
