Finance Associate | Treasury  

Summary

Directing the day to day treasury functionssuch as fund management, cash receipts, check preparation & releasing, loan transactions and interest payments, daily reports, and cash poaition and cash flow forecast.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Receive the vouchers from AP for payment of the reimbursement of the employees;
2. Receive the vouchers from AP for payment of the disbursement, including trucking service payment, fixed asset payment, gasoline and toll fee payment, or other suppliers payment;
3. Payroll crediting (including expat);
4. Approve payment application in OA system, upload payment confirmation;
5. Inform marketing and region upon receiving payment from clients;
6. Monitor checks, petty cash and online bank accounts, consolidate bank statements with correct category, report balance daily; Monitor the company's cah-in-bank balances. Keep Average Daily Balance (ADB) in non-interest-bearing accounts to a minimum thru regular sweeping of bank accounts;
7. Monitor loan balances and interest payments;
8. Check bank recon report, make sure that the total debit and credit is tally with the amount per book at the end of the month.

Professional Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in Treasury process;
• Proficient in using MS Office and maintaing records;
• Ability to interact and communicate with different people;
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field;
• At least 1-2 years relevant work experience in Finance or Accounting or similar field preferred.

Working Conditions

• Work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, inclusive of lunch break (1 hour) and coffee breaks (15 minutes); 6 days per week;may work for long hours, reporting during weekends and holidays may be necessary.
• Carry out any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the management.
