Finance Supervisor  

1. Draft and update finance policy, conduct training to the region and HQ if necessary;
2. Responsible for processing all purchases, match invoices with purchase order requisitions, where applicable, and evidence of receipt of goods or services. Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve differences;
3. Lead the reimbursement staff in checking application from region;
4. Generate and counter check monthly vouchers, ensure to record completely for the month，including accruals of expense/income , ensure to close accounting books timely;
5. Perform reconciliations of general ledger accounts. Analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accounting practices;
6. Identify potential cash flow problems and financial irregularities;
7. Lead tax staff in accurately preparing tax returns and ensure that company taxes are paid in a timely manner;
8. Provides information needed for BIR and Year End Audit;
9. Prepares 2316 for the year;
10. In Charged of payroll, 13th month pay and last pay. Check BIR 1601C filing;
11. Update company’s confidential records such as General Information Sheet and SEC papers;
12. Supervise and provide overall guidance to finance staff，allocate and arrange finance work properly;
13. Providing regular updates and report to management regarding company finances;Ensure that the company maintains compliance with accounting legislation.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field;
2. At least 4-5 years relevant work experience in Finance or Accounting or similar field preferred;
3. Accounting/Auditing firm background is a plus, employment with relevant certificate is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

1. Excellent knowledge of Accounting and Tax is highly desirable;
2. Excellent critical thinking, problem solving analytical capabilities with strong attention to detail and task oriented;
3. Can do reconciliations;
4. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills;
5. Ability to report to the management, may work under pressure;
6. Strong organization and multiple project management skills;
7. Willing to challenge and grow with start-up company.

Working Conditions

1. Work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, inclusive of lunch break (1 hour) and coffee breaks (15 minutes); 6 days per week;may work for long hours, reporting during weekends and holidays may be necessary.
2. Carry out any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the management.
