Human Resource (HR) Intern  

The HR Department of Penbrothers International addresses the client’s need for extra headcount, aiding the company’s growth. We are in-charge of the end-to end recruitment process, from pre-qualifying, all the way to onboarding. We secure proper and quality service to both our clients and our candidates by providing them topnotch recruitment experience. The successful candidate will be fully trained and equipped in the field of recruitment by partaking in all recruitment activities in the company. Responsibilities:

• Assisting with HR administrative tasks
• Searching for potential candidates in internal and external databases
• Using the social media for finding the best profile
• Screening CVs based on the role profile
• Managing pre-screening interviews and scheduling.
• Writing job adverts and posting them to different platforms

• Fresh graduate/Graduating
• Interested in HR processes and the different field of human resources
• Can communicate easily and is not afraid of phone interviews
• Can work under minimal supervision
