Marketing and Public Relations (PR) Manager  

As Network & PR Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining our strong network, increasing brand awareness, and creating an enviable corporate image. This includes developing and executing effective communication and media relations programs. This also includes helping cultivate the company culture and mentoring other members to consistently embody the highest standards of professionalism and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all public relations activities.
• Develop marketing communication plans.
• Keep up with industry trends, especially those that affect Finds.
• Monitor, analyze, and communicate PR results.
• Manage and monitor social media accounts for Finds.
• Manage existing business relationships and cultivate new ones through active communication, follow-ups, and updates.
• Help cultivate company culture—be there as a mentor to train and uphold extra high levels of professionalism and productivity of team members who may join us fresh out of college.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or any related course.
• Proficiency in programs in Microsoft Office and various Google applications (ie. Calendar, Mail, and Drive.)
• Possesses a strong business etiquette, especially in terms of email correspondence.
• Proven working experience in the field of public relations.
• Experience handling various social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal skills in English communication.
• Very responsive.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and manages time well.
• A creative thinker and possesses innovative problem-solving skills.
• Interested in travel and exploring cities worldwide.
• Flexible on work hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or in any related course.
• Experience working for big corporations and start-ups.
• Proficiency in language(s) other than English and Filipino.
• Proficiency in Basecamp
