Job Description
- Oversee cleaning staff and the sites’ daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
- Minor repairs and maintenance checks to cover furniture as well as A/C, electrical, lighting and plumbing systems Inventory management of office equipment, supplies and consumables
- Client workspace setup, relocation and installation
- Assist FM in liaising with building management, suppliers and service providers
- Assist FM in the application and processing of permits, licenses and other regulatory requirements
- Assist in events setup and front of house (reception
- Emergency response and support
- General administration and leave cover for FM
Minimum Qualifications
- College level or technical diploma
- Good working knowledge of systems related to A/C, electrical, lighting and plumbing
- Basic working knowledge of computer networking an advantage
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related role
