Job Description
- Support operational and business teams in their day-to-day activities.
- Analyze data and provide data insights for business improvement needs.
- Operate business intelligence tools such as ELK.
- Operate data processing tools such as Excel or Python.
- Collaborate with the ITOps Business Performance Improvement team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-5 year experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Have linear major in bachelors degree such as Mathematics/Information Technology/Physics/Engineer/Computer related
- Knowledge and experience in data analysis, statistics, and data modeling.
- Proficiency in operating business intelligence tools such as ELK.
- Proficiency in operating data processing tools such as Excel or Python.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willing to Work From Office (Not Hybrid)
