Job Description
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepae outgoing mail (envelopes, packages etc)
- Match all ordering data from customer
- Entry data and make sure that it's suitable with data from merchant
- Make confirmation letter of order enrollment
- Provide activation of customer account
- Tracking shipping data and liaise with vendor
- Provide monthly report of costomer activation
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma degree from reputable university
- Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Working knowledge related to office devices and processes
- Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
