Job Description
- Examine and evaluate current systems database design and process flow
- Identify system requirements from upcoming features in the roadmap
- Make documentation from user requierements
- Provide test case for developers
- Liaise with users to track additional requirements and features
- Document interfaces between new and legacy systems Collaborate with IT team and developers to produce new systems
- Validate changes by testing programs
- Train users on the new operation systems and provide support
- Self-organize under scrum methodology to collaborate and deliver features to customers
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and technical developments
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information System or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a technical person
- Min 3 years experience in System Analyst or Business Analyst
- Hands on experience with UML and ERD Diagram
- Having knowledge SQL is a plus
- Hands on experience with software development and documentation
- Solid knowledge of business information systems
- Working knowledge of SAP business software applications or ERP Software is a plus
- Familiarity with programming languages is a plus
- Ability to explain technical details
- Excellent analytical skills
- A good problem-solving attitude
- Willing to work at Sunter Agung, Jakarta Utara
