Chemist  

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chemist as Consultant/Part-time to join our cleaning company's team. As a Chemist, you will play a crucial role in developing and improving our cleaning solutions and processes to ensure they are effective, safe, and environmentally friendly. You will provide expert guidance on the selection of cleaning agents, formulations, and techniques to achieve optimal results.

Responsibilities:

• Research and evaluate cleaning agents, chemicals, and technologies to enhance our cleaning solutions.
• Formulate and test cleaning products for contaminants such as grease, oil, paints, dirt, pollution, and other exterior surface stains on different surfaces like roof, walls, glass etc.
• Analyze the composition of existing cleaning products and recommend improvements or modifications to enhance their performance.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new cleaning formulations and processes.
• Provide technical support and training to cleaning staff on the proper use and handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Develop safety protocols and guidelines for the handling, storage, and disposal of cleaning chemicals in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct quality control tests and inspections to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of cleaning products.
• Troubleshoot client issues related to cleaning performance, chemical compatibility, or environmental impact and recommend corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to cleaning chemistry and sustainability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience working as a chemist or chemical engineer in the cleaning industry, preferably in a consulting capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning chemistry, including surfactants, solvents, acids, and bases.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment for chemical analysis and formulation.
• Commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship in cleaning practices.
• Willing to do on-site ocular inspection and training on handling chemicals
• Preferably in Cavite Area
