Job Description
The Consultant will be responsible for the following:
- Write training and development curriculum
- Conduct learning needs analysis
- Research and survey for competency needs analysis
- Write report and papers on competency and training needds
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in training and development
- Experience in competency gap analysis
- Willing to work on a project based term for 3 to 6 months
- Strong research and writing skills
- Experience in organizational development an advantage
