Purchasing Officer  

PAGEONE Group is looking for Purchasing Officer that can start ASAP. Preferably with experience in events and/or production. The Purchasing Officer will be responsible for the following:

Purchasing:

• Handles & Process different purchase orders requests from different companies, business unit and/or department and keeps tract of it's status and information
• Prepares & Request Office Supplies for the entire group
• Canvass & Call best suppliers (good quality and affordable price)
• Handling the inquiries (from such requestor both operations and accounting dept) in connection with such purchases
• Prepares Request for Payment from time to time per approved PO
• To build connection with suppliers to avail discounts and good offers for the company wide benefit

Records Management:

• Records and monitor project expenses versus project contracts
• Prepares Inventory report of all Office Supplies
• Assist Accounting/Finance Department for all required documentations & the likes
• Collates & files systematically all forms and documents.
• Do related duties that may be assigned from time to time

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management or any other related courses
• Preferably with atleast 2 years experience as Purchasing Officer for events or production company
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Filipino and English.
• Career driven and willing to learn from teammates and peers.
