Job Description
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including travel arrangements for Business Units/Managers and AVPs.
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Provide interdepartmental coordination support as necessary.
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Responsible in monitoring and requesting for Office Supplies for Business Units.
- Responsible in assisting the Administrative Officer in performing administrative functions.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
- Provides excellent customer service
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor or Associate Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and computer literate.
- Well organized, flexible, proactive and resourceful.
- Prior administrative experience is preferred but not required
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
- Has a positive and friendly disposition
- Willing to work on-site
