As our first ResearchOps. You'll be collaborating with Designers, Researchers, Marketing, and Sales Team to manage the operation site product experience across our products and services.
We offer financial solutions for our users and partners, varying from individual users, small business owners to corporations.
Your typical day might look:
- Establish the participant recruitment process
- Manage the operations and administration for the recruitment process (Non-Disclosure, Incentives, Consent Letter, etc)
- Manage and maintain our research tracker and repository by making sure they are refreshed periodically.
Minimum Qualifications
- Have experience in Qualitative Research's field
- Understand the climate of B2B Product, especially for SMBI
- Good communicator, Verbal and Non-Verbal
- Able to manage internal or external stakeholder
- You have good understanding about common research practices
