Job Description
- Leads end to end insurance product development with insurance partner/broker
- Co-operates with other departments to define end to end processes for new insurance/protection products
- Co-manages (with project manager) project of implementing new insurance/protection products, develops project scope, deliverables, and timelines, identifies risks, oversees execution of the projects and escalates issues in timely manner to superior and other relevant manager
- Liaises with the insurance / protection providers by arranging regular review meetings to seek any potential problems and opportunities
- Cooperates with Business Planning Team to define the right pricing for new insurance/protection products and review it time to time
- Provides briefs to Marketing Team to prepare campaign wording, BTL promotion materials, online advertisement and in some case ATL campaigns
- Develops new insurance/protection product concepts, product design and feature
- Formulates promotional programs and incentives (if any) to support insurance sales
- Provide regular reports and updates to management: insurance penetration, mis-selling, premium, SLAs, etc.Conduct market research and analyzes market condition, recent developments in the market from offline, online sources, and professional network

- Monitor, tracks and summarizes overview of the competitor products
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance industry. Preferably in digital insurance platform or in bank doing bancassurance.
- Led at least a senior specialist/assistant manager in previous company
- Has developed and launched consumer insurance product from zero to a product with well consumer awareness award winning one
- Having AAJI/AAUI qualification is an added value
- Having exposure/knowledge/experience in consumer investment/wealth management product is an added value
