Graduated from college
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Ability to respond to common and complex inquiries from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the organization.
  • Ability to work with the team.
  • Advanced skills in computer.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • At least one year of relevant experience in recruitment/selection and training.
  • Background in psychological test administration & interpretation is an advantage.
  • Good written & oral communication skills.
Job Description

Recruitment & Selection

  • Responsible for posting of vacancies, sourcing,screening of prospective applicants, facilitates interview and endorses qualified candidates to the requesting department for further interview and evaluation.
  • Administers and evaluates/interprets psychological examination.
  • Handles Maintenance of Test Materials.
  • Conducts job fairs, coordinates with PESO, schools and other agencies to fill in vacancies within lead time.
  • Ensures that all pre-employment requirements are completely complied with by all newly hired employees.
  • Prepares ID’s, the job description of new hires and other documents required in the processing of such prior to assumption of duties.
  • Conducts HRD orientation for newly hired employees.
  • Conducts hospital tours and endorses new hires to specific departments.
  • Ensures systematic filing, retrieval and maintenance of individual 201 files of all employees according to established filing procedures.
  • Organizes and manages updates of 201 files of employees and applicants’ records.
  • Monitors appointment status of newly hired employees.
  • Distributes performance appraisal form on the 5th month of probationary employment. Ensures that decision to regularize or terminate the employment contract is obtained within the prescribed period.
  • Monitors, updates and maintains the record keeping of PRC licenses of required personnel.
  • Maintains and monitors Manpower Pooling/Manpower Requisition/ Requirements.
  • Responsible for the effective filing of the incoming and outgoing memos and letters and other HR-related documents.
  • Updates bulletin boards each week, posting fresh and relevant announcements approved for posting by designated authorities.
  • Updates and reports employee headcount and list on a monthly basis.
  • Facilitates employment certificate.
