Job Description
- Digital Marketing Manager will mastermind and manage digital marketing activities to support market growth and retention strategy. Applying proven digital expertise, agility in tapping new opportunities and partnership management skill, this person will drive achievement of sustainable market leader position in complex digital environment.
Main Responsibilities :
- Develop digital marketing strategic roadmap based on technology advancement, competitive landscape, research on digital market, and internal use cases
- Align with company strategy or direction and translate into digital marketing programs
- Develop compelling proposal on digital technology investment that creates long-term, sustainable and increases competitive advantage
- Responsible for team human capital development (resource hiring, talent development)
- Act as thought leader and serves as trusted digital marketing counsellor
- Design and organize digital marketing team that maximize team performance and business value achievement
- Be the main driver to enable scalable operation, innovations, technical leadership in digital marketing
- Anticipate future digital direction and plan and create digital marketing programs
- Drive synergy between senior management across the organization
- Drive alignment of program execution within the whole digital marketing team
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 4 year(s) experience in performance-based or result-driven Digital Marketing, Customer Acquisition and Growth, Consulting, Mobile Marketing
- Understand and have an expert skill in Below The Line (BTL) strategic.
- Fluently in English both writing and speaking proven by having a TOEFL / IELTS certificate with minimum score 550 / 6.
- Experienced in developing teams and introducing systems, process, and measures to achieve business objective
- Excellent record of target record of reaching and exceeding business targets
- Excellent project management, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
