Job Description
- Prospects for clients.
- Appointment getting and preparation.
- Conducts project presentation and site trips.
- Objection handling and negotation.
- Prepares written proposals and computations.
- Ensures closing of sales.
- Assists all buyers in any after sales concerns.
- Manning of project exhibit booths.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Creative and resourceful
- Performs under pressure
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays
- Chinese language speaking is a plus
- Good network is a plus
