Job Description
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and develops appropriate training programs/modules that will help improve their selling techniques & strategies for effective selling of projects.
- Conduct Business Opportunity Sales Seminar (BOSS) as needed or as requested.
- Conduct Project Knowledge Seminar (PKS) to both in-house and broker network on a weekly basis.
- Conduct specialized training or workshop that can be cascaded to sales networks.
- Attend seminars, trainings or workshops from time to time.
- Prepares sales kit, presentation templates and other paraphernalias needed for trainings, workshops or seminars.
- Prepare training calendars and coordinate with branches nationwide for its implementation.
- Perform other related tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Psychology/Management/Mass Communication or equivalent.
- With excellent verbal and written communication skills and people handling skills.
- Adaptable, independent, positive, result-oriented, resourceful, creative and able to multi-task
- Excellent presentation & organizational skill, internet savvy.
- Preferably with at least 1-2 years of working experience in training or teaching in the same or related field.
