Job Description
The Sales Executive is primarily responsible for representing the company, growing the client's revenue, and as a result, grow OODC's. His/her responsibilities include the following functions:
- Develops and implements strategic sales and marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
- Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
- Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
- Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key account strategic partners.
- Guides preparation of sales activity reports and presents to executive management.
- Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Meets with key clients, maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
The Sales Executive we are looking for should be passionate and fun.
To be successful in this role, it will be an advantage if he/she has the following qualifications:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred with a minimum of two (2) years related experience with progressive managerial responsiblities.
LANGUAGE AND MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Demonstrated in-depth sales and marketing techniques and financial principles. Effective ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with co-management, internal and external customers.
REASONING AND ANALYTICAL ABILITY
Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Has excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
