Job Description
You will be part of a creative, young dynamic team that is constantly innovating in the field of fashion styling and customer service. You will be involved in this field of the rising revolutionary Fashion Technology.
You will be a key in maintaining a strong communication link between the Concierge Team, the Customer, the Styling Teams and the Operations Teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Uses in house customer technology platform to organize bookings
- Good command of English & loves doing verbal sales pitches
- Confirm bookings of clients and coordinate closely with the concierge team
- Troubleshoots client concerns
- Coordinate with the different teams (Concierge, Styling and Operations Teams) to ensure smooth seamless experience for the customer
- Gather and collate Customer Survey replies
- Profile customers to match with appropriate service
Minimum Qualifications
- We love extremely reliable and accessible team members, responsive even after work hours (for questions/ concerns)
- You are thorough - very particular with details, you cannot sleep if there is any detail not addressed
- You speak and write English well, for good communications with customers
- You are genuinely warm and you love working with people
- You are charmingly persistent and genuine
- Ease with technology an advantage
- You are quite resourceful too, able to solve problems in many situations
