Job Description
- Prepares and submits client accreditation requirements
- Monitors collections from clients
- Gathers necessary information and checks supporting documents for supplier invoices prior to sending to finance
- Secures documents from suppliers and prepares and issues documents to suppliers upon payment
- Reviews employee liquidations and reimbursements and coordinates with employees regarding these matters
- Monitors and safe keeps hard copies of tax documents and government remittances
- Assists the Client Communications Director on day to day requirements for the clients
Minimum Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good attention to details
- Highly computer literate
- Experience in office administration and finance is a plus
