Job Description

Prepares and submits client accreditation requirements
Monitors collections from clients
Gathers necessary information and checks supporting documents for supplier invoices prior to sending to finance
Secures documents from suppliers and prepares and issues documents to suppliers upon payment
Reviews employee liquidations and reimbursements and coordinates with employees regarding these matters
Monitors and safe keeps hard copies of tax documents and government remittances
Assists the Client Communications Director on day to day requirements for the clients

Minimum Qualifications

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
Good attention to details
Highly computer literate
Experience in office administration and finance is a plus
