Job Description
- Update and maintain information on computer systems and in archives.
- Make sure that important information are entered in the systems.
- Monitor the accuracy of information making sure that its up to date and useable.
- Secure information by completing data base backups.
- Maintain operations by:
- Following policies and procedures.
- Reporting needed changes.
- Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably with data processing and data entry experience.
- Preferably with IT background.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
