Job Description
- To ensure that recrutiment, selection and placement and complete manpower requirement is sufficient and timely addressed;
- To oversee sourcing of applicants for all vacant positions;
- To ensure that talents recruited are qualified, and competent enough to achieve the organization's objectives;
- To manage the expectations of internal and external customers with regard to recruitment and other related aspects;
- To develop and implement control procedures in documenting the hiring process, from Personnel Requisition Form, to preparation of engagement papers and completion and safekeeping of personnel’s pre-employment requirements; and
- To devise plans for strategic sourcing of difficult-to-find positions;
- To ensure compliance of the Company with labor laws;
- To facilitate the conduct of corrective action proceedings; and
- To handle and manage all labor issues and cases;
- To develop and implement programs that will ensure employee satisfaction and promote the physical, mental, social, emotional and spiritual well-being of employees;
- To formulate policies and procedures related to the operational aspects of all the above mentioned facets of HR;
- To ensure complete and reinforced team to execute key action plans in achieving all KPIs.
- To adjust to organizational change and transition;
- To plan and/or strategize on how to achieve the KPIs; and
- To take positive actions, enthusiasm, involvement, collaboration and commitment to achieve company’s goals and objectives;
Minimum Qualifications
- BS Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science or any related course
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Knowledgable in Computer (Ms Word, Excel Power Point)
- With 3-5 years leadership skills
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
