Noni Brands is a Toronto-based startup in the forefront of online commerce. We’re an ambitious and small (but growing!) team working towards a common goal: launching and growing industry-shaking businesses. Launched in early 2016, we have shipped millions of orders worldwide and we have been experiencing triple-digit growth in revenue every year.

We are looking for a full-time Graphics Designer who will focus on assisting our team through conceptualizing and creating various forms of digital media. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.

The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience. YOUR ROLE ON THE TEAM:

Your day-to-day responsibilities will shift and grow but to start with, you will:

• Design various marketing media content as needed (product listing photos, packaging, banner ads, wireframing, etc)
• Video and GIF editing
• Research and design unique and creative t-shirt designs based on market trends
• Copywriting and various forms of textual content production for ecommerce
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Good organizational and time management skills
• The ability to research, digest, analyze and present material clearly and concisely
