Job Description
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules.
- Make travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, departmental finances, budget preparation, personnel issues, and housekeeping, to aid executives.
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Graduate of any business course or other related courses from a reputable university
- Adept with the use of computer and other office machines
- Proficient in MS office and other back-office software
- Can easily establish good rapport with people
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- With at least 2 years experience in office management
- With a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality
- Willing to work extended hours as needed
